From the moment we lovingly tuck them into the soil, it takes approximately 3-5 weeks for these beauties to sprout through the earth. As devoted caretakers of our customers' gardening dreams, we kindly ask that any issues with your tubers be reported before the end of August of the year they were ordered and purchased. Rest assured, should the need for replacement tubers arise, we will swiftly send them your way come the following spring. While our guarantee stands strong, covering the purchase price of the tubers itself, please understand that shipping costs are nonrefundable. At Florista LLC, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with our products; however, we must clarify that we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss experienced from possible crop failure.
